Our COCKTAILS

We don’t just offer wine; we love hospitality in all its forms. Following our time in London where we gained extensive knowledge in mixology, we have developed a small cocktail menu based on the world of wine: Pisco, brandy, cognac, vermouths, amaros, fortified wines…

In addition, we have carefully selected a range of top spirits, based on our training in spirits, for the most demanding palates who wish to start with a good aperitif or finish with a great digestive.

Our Music

It’s not just the food, the service or the decoration; every detail matters. Music represents a lot of the concept we are focused on; to create a warm, relaxed and friendly atmosphere, we need a little Jazz, Soul, and Swing.

We have to admit that drinking a good wine while listening to Ray Charles is not the same as listening to Reggaeton.

    COMMITTED TO THE ENVIRONMENT

    At Anyway Wine Bar, we have been committed to sustainability from the very beginning. Our venue was handcrafted by ourselves using reclaimed wood over 50 years old from old pergolas, vintage galvanized iron pipes, and other recycled materials, giving them a new purpose and extending their lifespan.

    All our packaging, both for the online store and takeaway food orders, is biodegradable, made from sugarcane and recycled cardboard, avoiding plastic by all means.

    We have also recycled every single cork obtained from each bottle of wine. Spain, along with Portugal, is one of the world’s largest cork producers. You would be surprised by the countless things that can be made from this material when recycled: nowadays it’s used to make clothing, surfboards, construction materials… We have already installed the only cork recycling point in Málaga. When we have a considerable amount of corks, we will donate this material to give it a new use.

    If you want to contribute to this cause, bring us your recycled corks.

    SUPPORTING THE SMALL PRODUCER

    When choosing our distributors, we don’t just look for excellent quality products. We try to convey as much as possible to our customers, and for that you need to have a strong connection with your partners. We normally work directly with small wineries, both with new entrepreneurs and with the oldest wineries that maintain our traditions, such as the Dimobe winery, which does great work still producing Málaga raisins and is recovering some native varieties, the Victoria Ordoñez winery with a clear commitment to Pedro Ximenez grapes, and other wineries in the Serranía de Ronda. It is vitally important to contribute to local development.

    Even if you tell us your favorite wine, it’s likely that the next time you visit, we’ll surprise you and have a couple of bottles specially reserved and perfectly chilled for you and your friends.
